Positive: Guests will like this place! The apartment is very nice, especially in terms of the location with easy access to Altstadt and public transportation to anywhere. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fine and functional, just not a chef’s kitchen. There is great vibe/energy on Ludwigstraße !
Negative: Other than our not realizing how critical it is to first come to the apartment to get the parking garage key AND the parking garage detailed instruction booklet, things generally worked well. We notes a few kitchen fixes or possible improvements privately to the owner so for future guests, all should be absolutely fine.
Summary: An energizing place for visiting Nürnberg!

Positive: Location was super central, on the southwest corner of the OldTown, near Plarrer station (easy and quick airport access as well). All key sites were walking distance. On the second floor in an older building, but nicely renovated, well equiped. On the other hand - the street was close to the redlight district and was a bit noisy.
Negative: The apartment was darker than expected, one bedroom without a window to the outside (however a cool internal shaft which really did work to keep the air fresh). Most nights were quiet, but Friday night was very loud with outside crowd noises, shouting, passing cars/motorcycles - so not for the sensitive sleepers. The terrace was underwhelming, as it was small, not easy to access, enclosed and not that usable, despite it being warm weather. It's great that we call had our separate rooms, but for the price per night it was just below my expectations. Finally, not gonna take away points for this, but I could not understand why residents would keep the door to the garbage room constantly open - it would stink up the whole stairwell!
Summary: Good for a few days stay, even for a bigger group, but can get a bit noisy closer to the weekend

Positive: Lovely and well decorated apartment in the heart of the old town. Unit was very spacious and clean with a nicely equipped kitchen. It's a bit pricey (with the cleaning fee) for a one-night stay but is highly recommended nonetheless. Christian was a wonderful host - communication couldn't have been better.
Negative: It would have been nice to have coffee provided; there were coffee filters, sugar, etc. but no coffee - only a few tea bags.
